We are still working on our conference agenda. We will have over 24 CME credits available plus hands-on workshop credits. (Accreditation from AAPA is pending). Several things have changed for this year that we are excited about:


    • We will have 2-3 concurrent sessions running at the same time, featuring a mix of leadership, clinical topics, and hands-on workshops.

    • Each room will have a capacity limit, and sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • You'll have the flexibility to move between sessions as space allows.

    Hotel Information

    Reserve your room today for September's conference!
    Room rate single or double is $300 ($289+11 discounted resort fee) per night plus taxes.  There are other room types available for additional fees. 

    Room block cut-off date is September 2, 2025, or until rooms are sold out.

    Policies and Information

    MARKETING RELEASE
     You agree to allow MdAPA to use images of your likeness on social media, within our conference program, website, and app, as well as using images of the conference for future marketing. 

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Any cancellation request must be made in writing (via email to management@mdapa.org).  If received more than 20 days before the conference, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be offered within 20 days of the conference.
