Mental Health Crisis Training

In response to the increase in mental health crises among children and adolescents, BHIPP has expanded its services and training opportunities. BHIPP Mental Health Crisis Trainings are a series of interactive, virtual learning sessions on practices, strategies, and resources to support emergency medicine and primary care professionals in addressing pediatric mental health crises.

Beyond the Basics Series

Maryland Behavioral Health Integration in Pediatric Primary Care’s (BHIPP) ECHO Beyond the Basics series is a virtual learning community where pediatric primary care providers and care teams receive longitudinal case support for their patients with mental health concerns. The monthly sessions also feature a didactic presentation on common pediatric mental health concerns. The Beyond the Basics series is great for providers who have already participated in ECHO, or who feel like they are experienced in treating mental health in their practice and are looking to explore advanced topics. Providers receive free CME/CEU credit for participation.

Echo Core Foundations

Maryland Behavioral Health Integration in Pediatric Primary Care’s (BHIPP) ECHO Core Foundations series is a virtual learning community where pediatric primary care providers and care teams receive longitudinal case support for their patients with mental health concerns. The monthly sessions also feature a didactic presentation on common pediatric mental health concerns. The Core Foundations series is great for providers who want to improve their knowledge of child mental health and develop foundational skills. Providers receive free CME/CEU credit for participation.
